Nursing Opportunities
RNs & LPNs
To provide nursing care in accordance with the patient’s plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the patient’s condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services, teaching and training activities and direct nursing care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must hold an active and current license in the State of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
- One or more years of experience in community/home health agency or in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Must have a working knowledge of home health care and the principles and techniques of professional nursing and required documentation that pertains to it.
- Should be skillful in organization and in the principles of time management and have knowledge of management processes.
- Must be able to contribute to the quality of care being rendered through constructive communication with nursing managers and staff.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must have a current CPR certification.
Rehabilitation Opportunities
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Provide skilled physical therapy services on an intermittent basis to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of a Physical Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Must be licensed or registered by the State of Massachusetts.
- Must have at least one year of institutional/home health experience.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must have current CPR certification.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Provide skilled occupational therapy servicess on an intermittent basis to patients in their homes in accordance with the physician’s orders. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of an Occupational Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Preferably should be a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Must be licensed or registered by the State of Massachusetts.
- Must have at least one year of institutional experience/home health experience.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must have current CPR certification.
SPEECH THERAPIST
Provide skilled speech therapy services on an intermittent basis to patients in their homes in accordance with the physician’s orders. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be licensed or registered by the State of Massachusetts.
- Must have at least one year of institutional experience/home health experience.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must have current CPR certification.
Clinical Management Opportunities
CLINICAL MANAGER
Maintain the quality of patient care in accordance with the Agency’s objectives and policies, through planning, coordination, and implementation and evaluation of the home health services provided.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must hold an active and current license in the State of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience, one of which is supervisory, preferably in community health care.
- Must have a criminal background check.
- Must have current CPR certification.
